Returns Policy

  • Contact us first. 
  • ALL sales are consider final.  
  • Parts are considered not returnable if used, or tested, or package is opened. 
  • It is the Customers responsibility to return cores for credit in a timely manner. 
  • A copy of the invoice will needs to be included with any authorized return, call fist. 
  • There is a 20% restocking fee for any part authorized to be returned to Mercedes-Benz
  • Parts must be re-saleable and in the original packaging to be eligible for return to MB
  • We cannot take back used parts. 
  • We cannot take back installed or tested parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable,  for any reason.    NO exceptions.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and returns, any parts we find have been installed, or considered used or tested or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request needs to be within 7 days of receipt of order. 
  • No returns on parts orders from Germany,  this is consider a special order. NO exceptions. 
  • No returns on parts less than $25.00 cost,  because the part cannot be returned to Mercedes-Benz for any reason. 
  • Core returns are the customer responsibility.  Must be returned in original box.  within 60 days to get credit.  no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

We, the dealership cannot cancel a parts order that was already submitted to Mercedes-Benz for processing.   We are  a MERCEDES-BENZ DEALERSHIP.   We are subjected to the Mercedes-Benz ordering process.   The Part will ship form a local warehouse in the US the next business day., and arriver here at the Dealership,  in 1-5 business days.   Parts that are order from Germany, may take several days , 7-10 arrive.     However parts that are on back order in Germany may take several months to more than a year to arrive here in the US,  so ....we ask that you  make sure you want and need the part first.
