Our shipping vision is simple:  get your Mercedes-Benz and accessories to your as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We have and use,   UPS WORLDSHIP for estimates on line.  We also offer extremely competitive rates for overnight and expedited options.  We do not make you guess what your shipping charges will be.  The ordering system will use  the real-time shipping methods and rates for that day,  to accurately calculate and display estimates, in your cart at checkout.  This  is only a estimate ,   The actual rate is determined when order is ready to be shipped,  which could be the same / possibly less / and for some items more.   The rate includes  cost of shipping to your address, size of package,  insurance coverage and a adult signature on all orders ground.  Now if you want the parts order to arrive sooner rather than later you choose how you want it shipped., ie overnight,  second da .  Note rates are adjusted daily due to fuel cost.  

Orders  are processed  from our location in Annapolis Maryland, and times are based on shipment during normal business hours:  9am - 4pm EST, Monday through Friday.  Shipment orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.  We strive to ship parts that are received from the warehouse by 3pm EST the same business day or within 24 hours  from the day we receive the part.   Orders will be shipped once all parts are in stock.  We can not ship partial orders, when some items are still on order, or back order.     Please contact us to request a partial shipment,  a additional shipping charges may apply, for a second shipment, and will will have to pre-bill the whole order.

If you're in a hurry, we also Offer Overnight and Expedited shipping options at competitive pricing,  If some of the items ordered are not received from at the local warehouse, we'll try to source them as quickly as possible and expedite once available, usually the next business day or two, and once the complete order is received.   If you're pressed for time and require the order to be delivered by a specific deadline, please include a note to seller during checkout, or contact us so we can arrange the quickest shipping possible.  It normally takes 2 working days to get most parts from our local warehouse in NJ.  Then we ship your order as requested. 

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico , other US Territories?

We sure do!  Please allow extra time for delivery to these areas.  Some size and weight restrictions apply. 

Can you ship HAZMAT (HAZARDOUS MATERIALS)?

NO ,  We do not  ship any HAZMAT items  which include  airbags, shocks,  seat belt pre-tensioners, etc.   We unfortunately do not ship batteries, chemicals or fluids.   Hazmat items require special  handling,  and individual shipping papers  per item and cannot  be combined with other items on your order.  Items not shipped can be picked up at our location,  call for approval first. 

Do you require a signature on delivery?

Yes,  To help protect against fraud and theft,  YES,  all orders will require a adult signature .  Which is why it cost a little more.   Claims for reimbursement can only be paid when package is insured.   Customer / consignee re-routing of packages during transit is not permitted.  Please contact us to request an in transit package to be held for pick up at a carrier operated location in your area - a photo ID and adult signature will be required.  NOTE,  we are not responsible for any package if you are not there to receive the shipment, FOB SHIPPING.  client is responsible once order is shipped. 

Do you ship Internationally / outside the US:

No sorry we do not offer international shipping.    We can no longer ship to a Freight Forwarding Company due to fraud in the past.   All parts are intended for use within the US,  and all orders must provide a US shipping address.   Our policies is ,   It is  FOB SHIPPING  POINT, which means you own the part when shipped.    You can also make arrangements to pick up you order, by contacting us first,  for items we do not ship.   Note ,  all other orders will be shipped.  

NOTE:  GETMERCEDESPARTS.COM will not engage in and will not assist with any illegal export or re-export of any products purchased.  If the buyer intends to export or re-export an item after receipt , it is the Buyers responsibility to obtain all necessary licenses and comply with all requirements of applicable laws, regulations and customs / exporting.

Mercedes-Benz will not support vehicle modifications at all.   If the part is not a VIN match, chances are that the part is not on  the car.  Clients that want to change the looks of the lights , bumper covers, grills etc, to match something they saw on a different model ,  is not supported by Mercedes-Benz. 

Where's my order?  How do I track it?

All orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking # upon shipment.  Please allow time for the tracing # to update in the shipping carrier's system.  You can also check your shipping here.

Is there anything you don't ship? 

We do not ship HAZMAT parts or Chemicals .  We do not ship Batteries, Windshield Glass, Back Glass or Window Glass. 

  The on-line estimates may or may not be enough and  until the part is boxed and ready to ship. we do not know.     We will let you know the cost before the part is ready to ship , and when estimate is not enough.  

 We do offer in store pickup for these items,  if you want to make a road trip.  I need to know in Advance , please contact me first.  This service is only for items we do not ship or cost is too much to ship.  

 We Unfortunately don't Sell  Sprinter parts or Metrix  Parts - even though they'll return a part # in the search - as we don't own a Sprinter or Metrix Franchise.  

We can not sell any TRP  items, like ,  keys, transmission control units, engine control unites or any theft relevant part, determined by Mercedes-Benz,  on line.

.please include a note to seller at checkout if ordering for 2nd day or next day or you want a Saturday delivery.  additional shipping charges apply.  this take effect when we receive the part or parts from Mercedes-Benz. 

         All parts have to ordered from Mercedes-Benz warehouse first.  We are bound by the Mercedes-Benz Ordering Process. 

Note:  there is a internet FEE per order of $3.99 .   If you need more parts,  you have to place a second order,  because the system may not process the payment with added parts. 

 Try as we might, our Mercedes-Benz  parts won't pull, package, or ship themselves, and the cost of shipping changes daily. 

The package or box is checked,  by weight , by size, by cost of order for insurance, a signature,  fuel surcharges, and address destination, which all  add to the cost of shipping charges,  which of course are not free.  

. a few thing will help us complete your order

the shipping address an the bill to address should  /  must match,  or additional information is required, or we get a RISK SCORE / FRAUD ALERT, ON THE ORDER .  please include a valid phone number on all orders, it is required for FEDEX shipping,   please include your VIN when ordering,   the drivers side is the left and the passenger's side is right.

. due to rising internet fraud and identity theft, we've tightened our FRAUD PROTECTION POLICIES here to better protect our customer. 

.The site and its' discounts are for Internet Sales only  Prices on this site do not apply to sales or repairs.  We order all parts on a stock order from Mercedes-Benz  local warehouse,  note there are five located in the US.  Mercedes-Benz also has a warehouse in Germany.   Parts coming form the west coast can take 5 to 6 working days to come in, and parts coming from Germany up to 2 weeks or more, but  if on back order, we have to wait 3 business days to get a ETA from the Supplier to the Germany warehouse, and you will be updated.  Mercedes-Benz ordering policy is that no orders can be cancelled by the Dealership.   


. NOTE  once you set up a account and order parts,  your address and information will not change.  if you place a second order with a different address, the system will only register the original address , not the new one.  you have to put a note that your address has changed, or the parts will be shipped to the original address on file.  A whole new account with the new address has to be created.  so please make sure you notify us of any address changes to your original account. 

Note,  shipping costs.   no matter how small the part is ,   the normal min weight for UPS or Fedex is  (one pound)  so the cost could be the same on a small part and a larger part.  and the average cost of shipping is between $25.00 and $32.00.  Other factors are size,  and zip code locations.  

ALL SHIPMENTS WILL HAVE INSURANCE AND REQUIRE A ADULT SIGNATURE.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT FROM THE UPS DRIVER.    THEY WILL MAKE 3 ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER.   FYI.   ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY IF WE HAVE TO RE SHIP YOUR ORDER AT YOUR EXPENSE.
