This is a computer program only. It is not a warehouse and parts may not be here on the shelf. They have to come from the MB warehouse once you place a order.
When you submit your order, this program will start the verification process, system will check and verify, billing address, shipping address, zip codes, credit card billing address, security codes on payment card, name on order, name on credit card, vehicle identification number, phone number , IP address, email, and more, to verify for possible FRAUD RISKS or SCAMS ALERTS. (so all your information should match)
We then get a RISK/FRAUD/SCAM ALERT report score on each order. When this Score is High, or Medium we cannot process any order, and you will be notified. This our policy.
However, We will make every effort to verify proof of ownership and ID, when the risk/fraud score is low or medium, we may ask for, A COPY OF YOUR REGISTRATION, A COPY OF YOU PHOTO ID. AND COPIES OF YOUR CREDIT CARD FRONT AND BACK, to help with the verification process, and proceed with the order if possible.
We can no longer process orders with wrong parts, these are parts that do not match your VIN, per Mercedes-Benz. If a wrong part is ordered , you will be notified that it did not match your VIN. Your order will , or maybe cancelled , and you can re order with the correct part number. If you have more than one item on the order, the wrong item will be cancelled and you can re order it. This process has to be followed so that your original order and the pay-pal print-out , with part number match on both the invoice and pay-pal statement.
We need your VIN to process orders with Mercedes-Benz, and verify parts are a VIN match and the vehicle is for the United States market.
ALL ORDER HAVE TO SUBMITTED ON LINE FIRST TO BE BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DISCOUNTS. NO DISCOUNT AT RETAIL COUNTER OR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Special orders and Electrical parts are not returnable for any reason.
If you decide to cancel a order after you are notified that the order was placed, You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% to cancel the order plus the internet fee and any pay pal fees that apply.
No monies are transferred from your account or credit card, because , there is a pre-authorization hold placed on the funds in your account only. The funds are transferred , when the order is shipped, or when processed for pick up.
When the order is cancelled, it is up to your bank or credit card company as to when the funds are available to you.
Payment processing fee, range is from 3.5 % to 5.0 % depending on the total cost of the order. This fee is a additional charge for processing your payment in this system and maybe added to your order, or maybe waived in most cases.
All orders that are shipped, will have insurance coverage and require a adult signature release, to protect us and you against fraud, porch pirates, loss or damages. If you are not available to receive a parts order, you should contact the UPS nearest you to make arrangements. Normally UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your order. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to receive your order. Additional charges may apply if order is returned and has to be re shipped.
